We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed items, we will be happy to provide replacements free of charge, or issue a full refund. Please notify us within 30 days of purchase through our Contact Us page. Please include the order number, date purchased, description and photos showing issue. No! Though, it is true that we carry a lot of cards intended for pastors in general but our range are equally made available to believers & non-believers alike. We aim to please all God's people but we also want to honour pastors who serve God well by shepherding His flock. Therefore we are keen to honour them & celebrate them.
Unfortunately we do not take orders vy phone. All orders are to be placed online. The online process is simple and allows us to save cost. Our online ordering system is very straightforward. No, we do cards that are aimed at pleasing all people. Each design is thoughtfully made and the messages in them are designed to uplift, please and bless those who give them and those who receive them.Do you make cards for Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, Jews and other faiths?
No, we do not specficically design cards for the other faiths as we do not have a depth of understanding of such faiths and we would rater not offend anyone by doing a butched job of it. However, many of our cards can be comfortably given to people of any faith. Please look through our collection carefully. If you are still stuck, you may email us for assistance. We will do ourlevel best to assist customers where we can.What if I don't like the card after I receive it?
If unsatisfaied with our cards or products If you're unhappy with the product, simply return and we will do our best to offer you a replacement or agree to exchange it for another card/item. We aim to please our customers, as our Motto declares: 'Every Card Matters!'What is your refund policy?
When we receive your return and we are truly at fault. We will fisrt offer you a replacment. If you are still unhappy, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item on your original method of payment.
